About Evolve Academy
​Founded as an extension of the Evolve umbrella, which began with Evolve Camps and Evolve Tours in 2006, Evolve Academy was created to make experiential learning and fun accessible to youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity. Built on years of experience in action sports, camps, and educational travel, Evolve Academy focuses on removing barriers so young people can learn, grow, and explore through meaningful experiences.
By working alongside established partners, municipalities, and community organizations, Evolve Academy helps turn funding into real impact. From local action sport programs to immersive travel experiences, we aim to open doors for youth across Canada and beyond, giving them access to environments that foster confidence, curiosity, resilience, and lifelong learning.

Jeff Richmond - Co Director
Jeff Richmond is a long time leader in youth sport, outdoor education, and action sport programming, with more than two decades of experience creating safe, inclusive, and sustainable programs for young people.
As Co Director of Evolve Academy, Jeff brings extensive experience from his leadership roles with Evolve Camps and Evolve Tours, where he has overseen the design and delivery of large scale youth programs serving thousands of participants each year. His work includes operational leadership, risk management, staff training, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on equity, accessibility, and community partnerships. Jeff has collaborated with schools, municipalities, sponsors, colleges and universities, and community organizations to expand access to programming, strengthen learning outcomes, and support long term youth development pathways.
Daniel Rinzler - Co Director
Daniel Rinzler is a long time leader in youth development, experiential learning, and adventure based programming, with nearly two decades of experience designing meaningful learning opportunities for young people.
As Co Director of Evolve Academy, Daniel draws on his role as founder of the Evolve brand, established in 2006, and his extensive background in camps and educational travel. He has overseen the creation and delivery of youth programs that combine action sports, outdoor exploration, and global travel, engaging thousands of participants across Canada and internationally. His work focuses on program development, experiential education, sustainability, and community partnerships, with a strong belief in learning through real world experience, cultural connection, and adventure.
